I'm going back to Uganda!!!

I'm breaking radio silence to shout the good news that I'm going back to Uganda in 2 months!!!! I really would love to start blogging again, so maybe this will be my jump start! 

For this trip, as of right now, I am going with a team of 3 other ladies, all of whom went on my first trip with me. With us being a small team, we want to do something big! 

We would like to build a kitchen for our new Mbarara Primary School Campus.

 

This kitchen will be a permanent brick kitchen that will serve 3 meals a day to our 400 children and teachers for a total of 1,200 meals a day.

 

With this kitchen we would like to install new high efficiency stoves that would cook the food faster, use less wood, and produce less smoke that the cooks breathe.  This kitchen will be the first of its kind for our PCM schools and will set a new standard for the level of quality for our schools.  

For the brick kitchen, high efficiency stoves, pots, utensils, and bowls and cups for the children the approximate cost will be $15,000.  Will you join with us in helping make this kitchen a reality for our children?

If donations exceed the amount of the kitchen, the excess will go to help pay for other trip and ministry needs.
